For a bit of constructive criticism, it seems like you did a very good job on her waist, but her legs are a bit short and her overall structure is more akin to a typical pony rather than her unique, alicorn-esqe one. Despite that, I love how you did her mane and eyes C:
Very nicely done, but as a few people pointed out, she's missing a leg. There's a shadow under her chest so her front right leg looks like it's coming out of her back left side, and yet the hoof is resting where the front left one should. It's like an optical illusion.
I think you may be right because she was certainly exceptional, perhaps even beyond Celestia, with her flowing movements and a glowing, untouchable beauty. The ethereal feeling you've created for her here goes a long way towards capturing that feeling, and mists around her hooves reminds me of the way she steps and turns, with calm energy.
The only thing that looks weird — even though I'm sure it's correct for this view — is that with her left hind leg blocked and the foreshortening-shading of her "chest" it kind-of looks like she has only three legs. Regardless, she's hauntingly pretty, especially her bright, expressive eyes.
When ~glittering-pony pointed it out I thought it really was only my eyes, but after reading more comments it's a bit of a relief that I'm not the only one. Still, most of all I can't help but see what's wonderful here, and I look forward to seeing what you do.
Ooh, thanks for pointing that out. To me it looked like a void, probably somewhat because I have poor color vision. (That's why I'm always equivocating when it comes to critiquing colors.) The bulge too, but it's pretty easy to see that right after a second or to.
If you dive right into "color blocking" (what *sbshouseofpancakes calls it — no sketching first) I think you'd be well on your way to doing this kind of work.

Goodness! This is exceptionally brilliant! I have to agree with some of the other people though, The placement of her front lowered leg is somewhat puzzling. Other than that, i thought that the lack of Lines around the edges were brilliant too!
